Ingredients
  

  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 block (18oz) cream cheese softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, thawed spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add a dash of hot sauce if you desire a little heat.
  • Bake to Perfection: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbling around the edges.
